I dislike false information being all over the internet.

Here is an e-mail that i sent to the creater of this page that was supposed to help me get to sleep. (everyone knows I am an insomniac)

[ I was trying to find easy ways to make myself go to sleep tonight and I came accross your page. I first thought that the information may be helpful until I got near to the end of things that you suggest to help go to sleep. This is where you said that "Don't drink alcohol before bed. Alcohol is a stimulant. Even if you initially fall asleep sooner, you will wake with fewer hours of sleep." That statement is wrong, simply FALSE. It is well known that alchohal is a depressent (scientificly proven, no doubt about it) look at a credited web site to understand this, here is a link

I am sorry to say but your false information on how to go to sleep has done nothing but make me stay awake longer trying to educate you. Now maybee ill go off and tell myself; all I need to do is sleep, all i need to do is sleep, all I need to do is sleep.....
Feel free to reply to this e-mail, and not in a spam e-mail way. Ill look forward to reading what you have to say, but hopefully ill be assleep and wont reply until a later date.

The website that posted the false information is http://www.sideroad.com/health/column6.html, and you can e-mail the author of the by mailing to hookingreader@cfl.rr.com. I am sure some if not all the rest of the information on this website is correct, but the false portion of it forced me to stay awake for no reason other than to let the person know they posted false material.

I know my grammar is most likely very poor in this post because I am awake and its about 4:25am.
