Assclown Professors
This notion is nothing new and I know that but today I had a direct run in with an assclown professor, that made me waste my time. I have a class at 2pm every monday, so I went to class at 2, today. The class is a small one, only containing about 12 students, as it is a tough upper level class, and today I was the only person in the class. Now, I found this odd because there are a few people in the class that never miss a day, EVER. So I chilled out in the room for a few minutes awaiting the arival of the professor, yet he never showed up. I was then confused beyond all normal confusuion that I have learned to live with. I started to think that possibly I had slept an entire day away and was actually missing my Tuesday classes, but a quick look at my phone ruled that out.
I then decided to go to the nearest computer lab and check my e-mail to make sure I hadnt missed some cancelation of class, even though I checked my e-mail right before I left for the class. In this second checking of my e-mail in thirty minutes I was unsurprised to not find a damn thing of value. I walked back to the classroom and it remained empty. I was then hell bent to find the professor and figgure out what was going on. I walked to his office in another building and the assclown was sitting there in his office. I immediately questioned him as to why no one was in the class, not even himself to which he responded, "we arent haveing class today, did you not get the e-mail?" I told him that I did in fact not get an e-mail and showed him on his computer that he had sent me no such e-mail saying that class was not being held today. He then went and checked his outbox and to his amazement he saw that he didnt even send me the message. Every student in the class had recieved this message, but for some assclown reason, he didnt attach my e-mail address to the message, thus accounting for me being the only student that went to a cancled class.
He offered no appology, no my bad, no anything. A simple I am sorry would have made me less upset with the guy. I will now for the remainder of the semester have no respect for this professor.
