I just noticed

I just noticed that my blog doesnt have the "next blog option on the top in that little blogger bar thing, hell I dont even see the bar at all on my site. Strange. I also have noticed that my site doesnt have the little "I Power Blogger" button that iso n every other site. I wish I had that little button as it is a pain to get into my site without it. I used to have it, I know I did. I must have deleted them while toying with the template at some point in time. Can anyone send me the code for the little "I Power Blogger" button please??
